We are a tile supplier and have a customer who urgently needs to get his tiling job underway. The job comprises a major renovation of a home in Epsom, Auckland. The property owner has very tight time deadlines, and an equally tight budget The tiler(s) will be required to waterproof 5 new bathrooms using an approved system, and to tile the floors & walls in these rooms. The remainder of the home is also being tiled with the total tiled area being approximately 350 sqm. The job needs to begin immediately. The first priority is the waterproofing and tiling of 3 x 1st floor bathrooms + the cellar (approx 18 sqm). The rest of the residence can follow on and will include the whole of the downstairs area + kitchen splash backs etc. Time-frame to get the whole job done is around 3 weeks max. Looking for an immediate start, good quality work, qualified waterproofing & a realistic price.
