Kitchen and bathroom backsplash tiling

I have a kitchen & bathroom being fitted out and need backsplashes tiled. Areas are not big at all. Tiles are already on-site, they are 200mmx100mm subway tiles and I am looking at a herringbone tile pattern . Areas required tiling: Kitchen area +-2m sq Bathroom area +-1m sq Located in Ashburton.
