Reline or fix old pool lining

My big blue pool had some leaks I think it tears and then it empty and sort of like the shell melted. I think it needs relining. Inground with deck around it as I will post pictures. Picture of it in current state isn’t clear as I took it from upstairs sorry will update when home after weekend also attached picture of what it could look like when it wasn’t damaged. And also trademe sells liners but I don’t know how to even install one of those or get current one out Thanks
