14m x 4m concrete lap pool

Hi, I'm looking to build a 14m x 4m concrete pool and looking for quotes and materials recommendation. Architecture sketch and location as indicated. It will likely be built 1.2m above ground and the side closest to the house will be filled. There are 2 x 1m drops (retaining walls) between the house level and the grass level where the pool is shown. As per the sketch, the far edge (furthest from house) is not technically an 'infinity' edge as water doesn't need to flow over, but it would just be a concrete wall. Optional if the pool provider includes landscape, decking and fencing work, it is ideal if they do deal with all of this.
