Install outdoor power outlet for inflatable spa

We are looking to set up an inflatable spa on our concrete patio and require an exterior 10 amp power outlet to be installed. The patio is on the second floor of a three storey townhouse. There is a heat pump located close to where we want the outlet installed which may be an option for ducting purposes
