Spa won’t heat

The spa has stopped heating, I have cleaned filter 3 times with no change, it’s a new ultimate spa from half price imports in Christchurch, it’s under parts worrenty but not for someone to do the work, it’s been sitting for about 3 months before I could finally ask for help to get this spa fixed, it’s a shame to have it sitting there not working, the house is down steps
