I need to replace our spa pool heater, filter and pump with something more current. I do not wish to replace the spa pool itelsf, it is an old kidney shape, seating around 6 people and is a shape/style which we enjoy. The pump/heater/filter components have been replaced a few times in the last 15 or so years, but it is getting harder to find parts to fit the old units, and I am getting tired of doing it. The electronics are still in reasonable condition, however even these are getting dated. It was replaced around 10 years ago. If needed this could be replaced with a new control module that suits the pump/heater/filter combination. Pump is typically a 2.0hp unit, 1.5 works fine, but a bit light, previous units have been as high as 3HP. Heating units have been in the region of 3KW. Could be higher, but I find 3KW for the size of the pool heats it from scratch in a reasonable time, and also maintains it at that temperature. Happy to provide further details or pictures as needed.
