Spa pool #2

Have bought house and it came with a spa. Has not been used for 2 years but advised the pump and heater were functioning when last used. However there had been a slow leak. Hot spring spa. Am told it is about 10 years old. I filled it with water and turned power on. Pump and heater working but water drained out in a couple of weeks. Drained almost to bottom so assume leak is near the bottom of the pool. Looks to be a reasonable condition. Am looking for someone to clean it, get it running and to fix the leak.
