Spa Pool Frame/Box Repair

I have recently moved a spa pool to my property, however when it was lifted, some of the timber framing (four pieces of untreated pine) had rotted through. These pieces of timber were designed to ensure the weight of the pool is dispersed evenly through the framing, to ensure the weight of the filled spa does not stress the shell. I would like to have these pieces of timber replaced before I go on to fill the shell. It is currently propped up, empty, on timber under each corner.
