Swimming pool leak detection and repair

We are re-paving the pool when a leak occurs. Could be the excavation work upset the pipes or the lights. Water level stop dropping after reaching 2cm below the upper rim of the lights. The photos were taken yesterday after a couple of rainy days in Auckland so the water level went up a bit. Would be great if someone can quote and fix it ASAP please.
