Re-tile a thermal bath

Looking to re-tile a thermal bath. Size is 2m x 1m. It currently has tiles which are about 15 years old and are discoloured from the thermal water. Beneath the current tiles is concrete Please let me know process, do we need to prep the area and remove existing tiles or do you provide that service? Also advise Timeframe, and cost estimate .
