Tiling part of a swimming pool, remove pool light, disconnect and seal.

We have a concrete inground pool and it has been leaking water. We believe it is the pool light so would like it removed, disconnected and sealed over. Also concrete steps and upper ledge of pool to be tiled. We can provide the materials needed. We may have other maintenance jobs also available if wanted. A site visit/chat to examine first would be great.
