swimming pool filter

we have an in ground vinyl swimming pool that seems to be having filter issues, probably blocked. We are looking for someone to fix this and to service the pool with water balance (ph etc). We are on a tight budget so the job will go to the most reasonably priced. We live in Waitoki/Pine valley.
