Spa pool clean

Hi. I recently had house-sitters stay at my home for a couple of months. Whilst they did turn off and empty the spa as I requested, they didn’t completely empty it so there are a couple of pools sitting in the bottom and the sides of the shell have become a bit grimy, it just needs a good clean. As I have just had surgery I'm not able to do this and don't want to fill the it again until it is clean. As far as I’m aware the equipment has been running properly however once it's up and running I may need to get someone back to give it a proper service. I am currently staying in Devonport however access can be provided to the property any day of the week (or I’m usually up there on Fridays).
