Spa pool leak

Our small spa pool appears to have a leak. We top it up to the fill line and then overnight it drops to the point where the pump switches off. Our assumption is a leak in a pipe to a motor - as once the motor stops the water levels remain the same. One of pictures shows where the point at which the pump stops and then there is no further leak. We don't know the brand of the spa pool but it's less than five years old.
