New Liner for inground Pool

We have a Cascade kidney shaped inground pool approx. 20 years old and approx. 20,000 litres. We are in desperate need of a new liner and someone to install it asap. We have just moved in and have had two rips appear in the last week. One rather large one and the water is running away fast - as a result the sand under the floor of the pool is washing away and the pool lining on the floor of the pool is now not flat anymore. Can you help us fix this? We live in Papakura. Thanks Monique
