The pump for the spa bath, the propeller is jammed. It makes a humming noise when it turns on. And that it also turns on intermittently, it could be a faulty control panel. Need a plumber to break/cut open bath shell ply walls that have been lined with vinyl /timber all on it, in the bathroom which was glued down originally, to access the pump and electronics to diagnose and fix the fault.
