Replace leaky hydrostatic valve & pool light not working

Hi, my swimming pool is leaking. Most likely is from the hydrostatic valve at the deep end of the pool, water level drop average 1-2 cm's a day. Also pool light bulb needs replacing. 55,000 litre concrete pool. 2+m deep end where valve is. Easy access to pool via gate from driveway.
