Spa Pool Repair

We have an old Hot Springs spa pool that came with the house when we moved in several years ago. The sellers said it was functional but they had closed and winterized it for us. Because we had toddlers at the time, we have never used it. The toddlers have now grown up and we need to find out if the spa pool is still functional. If so, we'd like to get it up and running and maintained. If not, we'd like to get it off the deck and out of the way.
