Spa pool pad

Hello, we've purchased a 2 meter x 2 meter spa pool and are looking for someone who lay a concrete slab in the next week or so (before the end of June). I understand it should be built to 100mm thick and be reinforced, with at least 600mm clearance on all four sides. The site is flat and we are looking for someone who can guarantee the pad is level. Ideally, we'd like someone to dig the ground down to the desired level but if it's easier/faster we can likely do this ourselves.
