Swimming Pool

We have just moved into a new house with what I have been told is a lined concrete pool. The lining has come away at the top around the edges. It doesn't seem to be leaking but is held together with duct tape at the moment. I would like to know what is required to fix it, how long it will take and the cost. Cheers
