Swimming Pool Cover and Roller Fabrication

I have a swimming pool with the following measurements: Main Pool Width = 4.35m, Length = 9.5m There are 2 "landing spots" on opposite corners of the pool with the following measurements: Landing spot 1 width = 1.21, length = 3.09m Landing spot 2 width = 0.65m, length = 2.1m The purpose of the cover is to keep the garden leaves out of the pool (and easier to sweep off on the cover) and less evaporation to save water.
