Blocked pool pump

When I try to vacuum the pool it blocks really fast and then there is no suction. I have backwashed it and tried to the obvious things. It unclogs then I try to vacuum straight away and it blocks within minutes. I have done this over 8 times again trying to get the pool clean over the last 2 weeks but dirt keeps coming back through the filter into the pool and eventually blocks so pool remains dirty and green. A month ago we didn't have this problem. Not sure if there is a block in the filter but when i clear the first filter catch [Second to last photo] thing its reasonably empty. Just need the issue fixed. Don't need the pool cleaned as i can sort that after its working properly
