Replaster

My pool is a concrete kidney shaped pool. It has been empty for the last couple of years and it has a "plug" in the deep end to let any water in under the pool. It was previously painted but would like it to be replastered. It is indoor, not in a hurry but would like a nice plaster on the pool. Size is about 8.5m long, 4.5m wide and 1m deep in the shallow end and 2m deep in the deep end.
