Pool cleaned and skimmer replaced

I’m pleading for your help before Christmas day. We asked our property manager to arrange a clean of our pool for the holidays early November. It is in our rental agreement that the landlord maintains the pool monthly and second year in row, it is green and unswimable. I have 2 children that really rely on swimming in it at our holiday break. The pool was the draw for this home and once again the landlord has let us down. We tried during the year to buy Chlorine and do what we knew but relied on the landlord to keep up the monthly maintenance which they did not. It will be a pricy job possibly over $1000 to do but our property manager has told me to go ahead and lock someone in if you can do it before Christmas. Please send me a price and confirm it can be done before Saturday 25th December 2021 Let me know, we are in Cockle Bay, East Auckland, and will be forever grateful.
