Pool leak

We have a pool leak. We suspect the pipe work between the filter and the Skimmer is leaking. A portion of the pipework sits below pavers which is where I believe the leak is. The pool is a Cascade in ground type and the skimmer is an Aquagenie. When the pool level drops below the skimmer the pool does not lose water but when it is above the skimmer it is losing 30 mm over 8 - 9 days. If it is not too expensive we would also consider replacing the Aquagenie due to wear and tear.
