Swimming Pool Maintenance Clean

Would like a one off maintenance clean on a large in ground swimming pool. All the chemicals will be provided, just need the water tested, balanced and see debris vacuumed. Pool water is clear, not green. Some debris has accumulated at the bottom. See attached pic for size reference - was taken 1 week ago.
