Remove broken screw and install new in Spa pool

I have a property which is rented out for airbnb. One of our guests recently broke a screw off in the fiber glass shell of the tub by standing on the headrest. As a result you cannot attach the headrest as the old screw will need to be removed and/or a new screw inserted. Upon talking to the spa pool company they have said they can drill a new hole and insert a screw but will not accept any liability for any damages to the spa shell. This leads me to believe they are not qualified for this piece of work. I am looking for someone to remove the old screw and/or insert a new screw and attach the spa headrest AND take responsibility and accountability for any damages arising to the fiber glass shell of the spa. My preference would be to remove the old screw and insert a new.
