Spa with electrical problems

Kia ora! Our spa (approx 10 years old) seems to be having electrical problems. We used to see an "Er 7" message from time to time. But now we're getting "Er 8" when the spa nears target temperature (37 C), and then the spa stops heating and the jets shut off. We haven't removed the wood panel (front of spa, in the photo) to inspect the power board, but perhaps it's rusted and needs replacing? Thanks! Jonny
