Pool Liner Replacement

We have a 11.5 x 4.5m oval paramount pool that needs the liner to be replaced, new skimmer box, two new LED replacement pool lights, and three return jets. The plaster bottom might need a touch up to make everything smooth. The pool has fiberglass steps. I will organise the liner and water to fill. Would prefer someone with experience installing a liner on these pools please. The coping tiles are going to be removed so the liner can be installed properly. Installing new coping tiles will be a separate job.
