Pool clean and pump/filter upgrade

Have a 5m x 1.2m Intex round above ground pool. It needs a clean and upgrade of pump and filter system. Am using a salt water chlorinator and suspect pool may need more salt also. Need advice and guidance and subsequent supply of new system and cleaning.
