Swimming Pool Paving and light building

Hi, need some coping stones and pool pavers finished around my pool for Xmas. Have the pavers and glue and some mortar. Pavers are premier pavers and are a little inconsistent in thickness so some grinding or packing might need doing can send pictures . Also need some steps built and a gate and a small bit of fencing done around the property (note coping stones are not stuck down in the photo )
