Create flat surface and shift spa pool

The spa pool is currently in the middle of a wooden deck. The deck butts onto a concreted area that is not flat. I'd like the spa pool to be shifted on to the concreted area. Obviously there needs to be a solution to securely leveling the spa pool. The distance from current to new position is approx 3metres. Spa pool length is 2120mm New space length is approx 2600mm The decking timber beneath the spa pool may need some attention once exposed.
