Didn't do work as we initially discussed and then he blamed us for everything and lied. Didn't communicate through doing work any troubles he was having and ended up costing us more with a job we wernt happy with. Lost trust pretty quickly with Rob.

"Work discussed was not finalized merely discussed as options no drawings provided. I informed owner quality will be effected due to desire to use apoxy glue (not recommended) due to uneven surface & not plumb internal corners for waterline mosaic,owner became very irritated & not understanding full length capping tiles did not reach length of pool so corner tiles were cut to suit (marble boarder layout) owner paid $1000 less than agreed,not sure how job cost more? owner wasnt contactable in oz"
