Spa Pool Cover Upholstery Work

The existing Spa pool cover is a circular folding upholstery unit by BMH spa hard cover 2180mm dia that fits inside the wooden cedar wall annulus above the fibreglass pool - an original Leisurerite Hot Tub - bought new in 2008 lid colour "forest" - green vinyl. The lid cover design is a wonderful collector of rain (& dust and foliage and bird doo!!! duhhh!) which drains back into the pool...Much like the Polaris stainless steel cooking pot design with the lid fitted inside the vertical sides on an internal lip. The upholstery fabric is in disrepair and needs the tears and cracked/missing fabric repaired. So I want to create an overall rain shield 'skirted' to shed rain and muck and the new fabric must have excellent sun resistance (UV) in an nice colour eg greens/browns and complete a super-efficient thermal insulation. There are 6 tie down clickers (Lockable) to fit to the top covering. Note will be cutting the super heavy tapered polystyrene inners into a ribbed profile to lighten the section weights as it is far too heavy to manoeuvre and lift/carry (drag) by one person presently.
