Concrete Pool with a Few Cracks

My painted concrete pool has developed a few cracks along the bottom and around the steps. I wonder what the solution to this would be? Want something durable and easy care but still aesthetic (paint is also peeling and faded). Not sure what I am looking for but the person should be experienced with swimming pool surfaces. Thanks.
