Reconfigure inground concrete pool

1970's inground concrete pool and spa. The spa is no longer functional. Photo attached is a few years ago but gives view of the layout. We want to investigate the feasibility and cost to fill in the spa footwell and remove the "wall" between spa and the main portion of the pool, so it becomes a paddle pool. the pool also has a crack (not leaking) in one section which we would like to repair. The job would involve the reconfiguring of the spa/pool and repairing the crack (probably means recoating the pool also) and new coping tiles
