Pool tiling (vertical wall of pool)

Remove and replace top two rows of glass tiles in pool. Tiles need replacing because some are broken and some have calcium build up etc. Pool is 9m x4m . Tiles are 30mm x 30mm. Interested if pool has to be emptied for job as this adds a different dimension and cost to the job. Also looking for professional advice about maintaining of white stone/aggregate tiles around pool.
