Solar piping on roof

Two of the black rubber solar inlet/outlet sleeves that sit over the 40mm PVC pipe leak. My previous solution has been sealant, rubber strap and two hose clips (see photo), but now looking to have the vertical pipes repaired or replaced. If it is too expensive or the replacement parts are not available we will by pass the damaged panel. FYI you can walk on the roof but it is relatively steep. I am looking for a tradesperson who knows what they are doing with solar heating plumping !
