Matt Holden the owner started to be a no show. The job was then passed to his father to complete. The father Andrew Holden started to re-negotiate the whole agreement and refused to work until additional funds were paid. Additional family members just walked onto our property whenever they felt to “catch up” with Andrew and Matt. The job was 8x over the original quoted timeframe, significantly over budget, completed to a very average standard and damage left to our property! Apply Caution!
