Pond and waterfall repair

Loosing alot of water from the smaller pool that feeds the large water fall. I think this is due to a corroded metal housing at the bottom pipe that holds the cylinder filter. It appears that the water is not draining from the larger pool. However we would like a quote on repair of the smaller pool,large pond to be drained & water blastered, a pond liner is not an option for this job, must be concrete or plaster,needs a bio filter installed, new waterfall filter and all updated to present time(circa 1970's) The pond is situated in a public garden and it is important to us to have a professional job done on it.
