We are looking to purchase a property in Whangarei, it is a 4 bedroom home on a slope with 13,000 metres of land with trees. The area is red zoned by whangarei council like many suburbs is Whangarei. We are wanting to know that the land is stable, what lies below and what is drainage like and when it rains where does the water go.
