Cabin Engineering

I'm trying to build Cabin on the remaining homeland this time... The waistline is passing Cabin's building area. Building regulations that must be built 2m away but want to change it. The council said that if you bring a design that doesn't go unreasonable through the foundation engineer designer, you can get approval even if you build it closer than 2m. For reference, we want to build it 50cm away from the waistline. My house is at number 36, and the red line is going to build the cabin in the remaining land on the south side based on the waste line red line. Thanks for reading
