House settlement assesment
Job description
We own a 1930s house which presents sloped ground in some areas, after visually inspecting the fundations they look in good condition but the same sloping can be seen in the joists underneath the sloping areas so we suspect there is ground settlement, would like an geotech engineer to asses whether the ground requires attention. Also a concrete retaining wall 2m away from the building presents what seems a settlement crack that has been there prior 2016 Kind RegardsAlberto

Jack was very easy going and nice to deal with, he always had a profesional attitude and was happy to explain things in easy to follow terms so I could understand the details of the job. The report was very comprehensive and containned everything requested. I would totally recommend them.
