2 lot subdivision. All consents in place including Resource consent, building consent for water tank, vehicle crossing and Engineer Plan Approval. A driveway is being built to access back section of a 2 lot subdivision and connection of public services eg water, storm, electricity and sewage are all part of work. Experience engineer required. Engineer required to provide 1. Construction observation and Subdivisional survey: a. Construction observations and and support and QA sign-off b. As-Built Survey c. Survey Compliance Certifications d. Administration and disbursements 2. Subdivisional Survey and Project Closet Out a. Land Transfer survey b. 224C Application
