In need of advice and help with a chimney that has moved away from the house.

Builder has noted - 'Concerning aspects are that there is clearly movement away from the house since it was last painted. The chimney is now out of plumb by an amount, close to 25mm per 1200mm. My advise is that you engage an engineer to ascertain if it can be fixed back to the house in a manor to stabilise it enough to prevent collapse.'
