Small job for quantity surveyor

We are applying for our housing New Zealand grant but they have asked us to get a quantity surveyor to price the work we are doing ourselves as the won’t just except our quotes. We are doing the retaining wall, tiling in the bathrooms, organising the dig out and doing the drive way. My dad is doing all the work free of charge so we are only looking at the cost of materials which he gets cheap. We can provide cost per square meter etc we just need you to make a fixed price for all the works. Hope this makes sense
