geo tech report on ground with view to rebuild

Geo tech report done on approx. third acre section that is on the side of a moderately sloped hill . There is an existing house that has not had any pile movement in approx 110 years ,there is a flat area on the right side of section where a garage has recently been removed. I would like the report to cover the ground suitability for near future, building plans The section has recently undergone a lot of tree and general waste clearing, more of this work in progress but the ground is accessible for geotech report to be done.
