Quote for Load Bearing wall removal Plan/Documentation

Looking for a quote as I need a plan/documentation to get permission from council to remove a load bearing wall. I'm wanting to remove a load bearing wall in our home to make our sitting room and kitchen open plan but can't start anything until we have the appropriate plans and permit. The blue line in the image is supposedly the Load bearing wall. The red wall is another wall we want to remove but isn't load bearing so should need permission for it but would like it added to the plans.
