Garage Conversion Spot Heights, proximity to boundary etc

I am looking at converting my double garage to a dependent persons dwelling. To allow my draftsman to design the structure ensuring it falls within the building envelope height to boundary and setback parameters we need a few spot heights around the garage and its location relative to the eastern boundary. (see attached image) Two of the property boundary markers are visible, and sight lines for the most part are unobstructed. Are any surveyors out there interested in quoting this job and/or coming an inspecting the site?
